Accessibility Statement

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Accessibility is ongoing work: the checks below run automatically every time this site changes.

What this site does — measured, not promised

• Text contrast of at least 4.8:1 on every page, measured automatically. WCAG AA asks for 4.5:1.
• A visible focus outline on every link and control, and a “Skip to content” link at the top of each page.
• On a phone, standalone buttons and links on the main pages are at least 44 pixels tall, and links inside sentences meet the 24-pixel minimum.
• If your device is set to reduce motion, the site switches off its animations and smooth scrolling.
• Complete English and Spanish versions, with each page’s language declared so screen readers pronounce it correctly.
• Every field in the contact form has a label.
• No information is carried by images alone: the one photograph, the founder’s portrait on the home page, has a text description, and the decorative marks and the moving 3D form are hidden from screen readers.

Known limitations

Links to outside services — Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and YouTube — open sites run by those companies, which follow their own accessibility practices. If one of them does not work for you, call us or use the contact form instead.

Our link page at /links keeps its own compact design. On a phone, its language switch is slightly under 44 pixels tall.

Need help, or found a problem?

If any part of this site is hard to use, or you want the information in another format, tell us and we will help. Phone, WhatsApp and the contact form all reach the same person. We aim to respond within a few business days, and every report is used to fix the problem for the next visitor.
